Pebble Burst privacy policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
The short version
- Pebble Burst does not ask for, and does not collect, your name, email, age, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information. There are no accounts, logins or chat in the game.
- Your progress is saved on your own device. On some game websites it is also saved to your account on that website, so it follows you between devices.
- The websites that host the game (such as YouTube or CrazyGames) show ads and run their own services under their own privacy policies. Pebble Burst does not choose who sees which ad and does not receive data about you from them.
- Optional gameplay statistics (no name or contact details) are only collected if you say yes. They are never collected on YouTube, GameDistribution or GamePix.
- Pebble Burst is made for players aged 13 and over.
Who we are
Pebble Burst is made by Isak Persson, an independent developer in Sweden. Contact for anything about privacy: hello@miniumfield.com.
What the game stores on your device
The game keeps a few small entries in your browser's local storage (or the app's storage on phones). They never leave your device unless the game website saves them to your account there (see the next section).
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Progress: highest level, stars per level, best scores, the last daily challenge result | so you continue where you left off |
| Settings: sound, music, vibration, colorblind symbols | so your choices stay |
| Coins, special balls, daily streak and its freezes | the game's economy |
| Play history: number of sessions, their length, attempts per level, when the last ad was shown | to pace ads fairly (for example no ads in your first session) and to make levels a little easier after repeated losses |
| A log of up to 500 recent game events (for example "level 12 won, 3 stars") | kept on the device for troubleshooting; sent nowhere unless you turn on statistics (below) |
None of this contains personal information. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data for the game in your browser settings (or uninstalling the app). That also deletes your progress.
Where you play changes who else is involved
You play Pebble Burst on a game website or in an app run by another company. That company decides what it collects, under its own privacy policy, and is responsible for asking for your consent where the law requires it.
- YouTube Playables (Google): ads, if any, are shown by YouTube. Your progress is saved to your YouTube account through YouTube's save feature. The game makes no connection to any server other than YouTube's. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- CrazyGames: ads are shown by CrazyGames, which asks visitors for consent to advertising cookies. If you are signed in to CrazyGames, your progress is saved to your CrazyGames account. CrazyGames' privacy policy: https://www.crazygames.com/privacy-policy
- GameDistribution and the websites in its network: ads are shown through GameDistribution, which handles consent for them. GameDistribution is run by Azerion; privacy questions go to privacy@azerion.com. GameDistribution's privacy notice: https://static.gamedistribution.com/developer/clean_fabrique_privacy_notice-v1.0.2021.html
- GamePix: ads are shown by GamePix, which handles consent for them. GamePix's privacy policy: https://www.gamepix.com/privacy-cookie
- Coolmath Games: ads are shown by Coolmath Games, which handles consent for them. Coolmath's privacy policy: https://www.coolmathgames.com/privacyp
- Phone apps (iOS and Android): not released yet. This policy will be updated before release with the ad network used in the apps, how consent is asked, and app store details.
Optional statistics
To find levels that are too hard and screens that confuse players, the game can send gameplay statistics to GameAnalytics (https://gameanalytics.com), a service made for games.
- It is off unless you turn it on. The game asks once; you can change your answer in Settings at any time, and sending stops immediately.
- It is never used on YouTube, GameDistribution or GamePix. On YouTube the game connects to no outside service at all.
- The statistics contain no name, email or other details that say who you are, but the random identifier counts as pseudonymous personal data under EU law, which is why the game asks first.
- What is sent: game events (for example "level 12 started", "level 12 won with 3 stars", "a rewarded ad was watched for a revive", "50 coins spent on a revive"), plus what the GameAnalytics software adds itself: a random identifier created on your device, the game version, device type, operating system and browser, and an approximate country that GameAnalytics derives from the connection. No names, emails, precise location or anything you type.
- GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark) processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Its privacy notice: https://gameanalytics.com/trust/privacy-notice
- Statistics are kept for 13 months and used only to improve the game. They are never sold and never used to target ads.
Why we are allowed to do this (legal basis)
- Saving your progress and settings on your own device is strictly necessary for the game to work as you expect, so it needs no consent (it is part of providing the game you chose to play).
- Statistics are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.
- The game makes levels a little easier after repeated losses using only play history stored on your device. This never leaves your device on its own and is not an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
Pebble Burst is a general audience game for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The game asks for no personal information from anyone. If you believe a child under 13 has turned on statistics, contact us and we will delete that data.
Your rights
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because the game itself holds no personal information, most requests are answered by "we have nothing", but contact us at hello@miniumfield.com and we will help, including with statistics data. For data held by a game website (ads, accounts, cloud saves), contact that website; their links are above. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), https://www.imy.se.
